How you got started in rugby:

My 2 best friends, Rocke and Geary. I started Rugby at 17 with Rocke in school, and I found it okay and then started club rugby with Geary. Hated it as I got high-tackled and never played again until I was 18/19 and really fell in love with the sport. Wouldn't be the person I am today without Rugby.

What rugby means to you:

Rugby means fighting for your life for 80 minutes, pushing yourself to the limit, and trying to knock the guy in front of you down as hard as possible. Only to have a beer with your teammates and opponent after the game. The camaraderie and the friendships formed are a beautiful part of the game. We are a big family.
