How did you get started in rugby:

12 years ago, I walked up to the rugby head coach at my university and asked to join the team even though I knew nothing about the sport. Had no clue what I was doing, just knew I wanted in. One of the best decisions ever.

What does rugby mean to you:

It’s the ultimate sport: physical, strategic, and built on real camaraderie and sportsmanship. You give everything on the pitch, and in return, you earn respect, connection, and unforgettable moments with your teammates. Rugby is basically therapy, cardio, and group hugs, just with more mud and less talking
